Rider Terms

Proposed future service terms. RIDEZEE is preparing for its Caribbean launch. The information below describes intended standards for future services and may be updated as operations become available in each destination.

Scope and status

These proposed Rider Terms describe an intended framework for a future RIDEZEE rider service. The new RIDEZEE rider app is not available and ride requests cannot currently be made through this website. These terms are provided for transparency and review, and are not an offer to book transport or a current agreement for a nonexistent Ridezee rider account. Final service terms will be presented before the service launches in each market.

1. Website and future services

The public ridezee.com website provides information about the planned platform and allows visitors to send inquiries. Future rider services may enable transportation requests with participating local providers. Their availability, features and responsible contracting entities will be announced separately for each market.

2. Participating transportation providers

RIDEZEE anticipates connecting riders with transportation providers who are authorized to operate in the relevant destination. The precise relationship between the technology platform, any local operator and the transportation provider, including who supplies the ride itself, will be explained in the applicable market terms before booking begins.

3. Account creation and eligibility

No RIDEZEE rider accounts are currently available. Future registration may require accurate contact information, compliance with age and legal eligibility requirements, and acceptance of the final terms and privacy disclosures presented at the time. Details will be confirmed before launch.

4. Booking requests and confirmation

Future booking processes may permit riders to enter pickup and destination information and review trip details before requesting transportation. A request would remain subject to provider availability, service coverage and confirmation procedures applicable to that market. RIDEZEE is not currently accepting bookings.

5. Rider responsibilities

When the service launches, riders will be expected to provide accurate trip information, choose lawful pickup locations, be ready at the agreed time, respect drivers and other passengers, use seat belts and comply with applicable law. Unsafe conduct, harassment, threats and unlawful activity will not be acceptable. Additional requirements may apply to children, accessibility needs, luggage and special trips.

6. Safety

Nothing in the proposed service removes the need for riders to make appropriate personal safety decisions. Use appropriate local emergency services for urgent threats or emergencies. Any future app safety features, support methods, insurance arrangements and incident procedures will be described only when confirmed for an operating market.

7. Fares, taxes and payment methods

Fare calculation methods, currency, taxes, booking charges, service fees, accepted payment methods and any card authorizations are not yet announced. These details will be shown or made available before riders can book in a given destination. This page does not establish a universal Caribbean fare or guarantee that any payment feature will be offered.

8. Changes, delays and cancellations

Cancellation charges, wait time rules, no-show arrangements, refunds and adjustments will be determined for each operating market. They will be disclosed with the final applicable booking terms. No cancellation fee or refund period is set by this provisional document.

9. Account controls and deletion

Account creation and deletion are not currently possible for RIDEZEE rider services. When accounts are available, RIDEZEE will publish deletion instructions and explain any lawful retention obligations in its then-current privacy information.

10. Personal information

The current website Privacy Policy covers inquiries made through ridezee.com. Before future rider services begin collecting account, location, trip or payment information, additional privacy disclosures will identify the relevant practices and responsible entities.

11. Service availability and changes

Future coverage may vary by island, municipality, season and provider availability. RIDEZEE may modify announced plans during prelaunch development. A destination being pictured on the website does not confirm that transportation bookings can be placed there.

12. Applicable law and disputes

The applicable governing law, consumer protections, complaint channels and dispute-resolution procedures for future rider services have not been finalized. They will be specified in the terms applicable to each market, subject to legal review. Nothing in this proposed text is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Contact and updates

For questions about these proposed Rider Terms or the future RIDEZEE platform, contact info@ridezee.com. The current website is the responsibility of Blackwell Holdings B.V.; future service contracting arrangements will be confirmed before launch.
