Driver Terms

Proposed future service terms. RIDEZEE is preparing for its Caribbean launch. The information below describes intended standards for future services and may be updated as operations become available in each destination.

Scope and status

These proposed Driver Terms describe the intended framework for participating transportation providers on a future RIDEZEE platform. No RIDEZEE driver application, driver account registration, onboarding offer or platform agreement is currently available. Final contractual terms, market rules and participating entities will be established before recruitment and operations commence.

1. Purpose of the future platform

RIDEZEE is planning technology that may connect transportation requests with participating local providers. The precise scope of the technology services and the legal responsibilities of each party will depend on the destination and the final agreement for that market.

2. Driver registration and eligibility

Eligibility and onboarding requirements are Coming Soon. Before drivers can operate in a market, applicable requirements may address identity, transport authorization, driving qualifications, vehicle safety, insurance and any lawful screening. This document does not authorize anyone to carry passengers or represent themselves as a RIDEZEE driver.

3. Contracting model and legal status

The legal and commercial relationship between drivers, any fleet operator, local partners and the RIDEZEE platform has not been finalized. No particular employment classification, independent-contractor status, exclusivity arrangement or agency relationship is established by this prelaunch document. The final arrangement will reflect local law and the signed agreement.

4. Professional conduct

Future participating drivers will be expected to provide a courteous, reliable and professional service, follow traffic laws, avoid impaired or dangerous driving, protect passengers and respect lawful service requests. Harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination and retaliation are inconsistent with the proposed standards.

5. Vehicle maintenance and passenger care

Vehicles intended for passenger transportation should be clean, roadworthy and operated within lawful capacity. Specific fleet, inspection, insurance, accessibility and equipment standards will be published with each market's onboarding requirements.

6. Trip acceptance and performance

Once an operational service exists, a booking process may allow drivers to accept ride requests within the relevant terms. Drivers should only accept trips they can safely and lawfully complete. Pickup communications, delays, cancellations and reporting obligations will be governed by the confirmed market procedures.

7. Airports, ports and restricted areas

A future platform listing does not substitute for legal permission to operate at airports, ferry terminals, cruise ports, hotels or other controlled sites. Local authorizations and access rules will apply and will be specified as part of market onboarding.

8. Fares, commissions and payouts

Driver commissions, platform fees, settlement timing, fare setting, taxes, currency, payment methods and cancellation compensation are not yet announced. No rate or payment obligation is created by this prelaunch document. Commercial terms will be supplied before a provider joins any operational market.

9. Technology and account security

When a driver application becomes available, participating drivers may be required to protect account credentials, use authorized devices, keep information accurate and avoid interference with the service. Exact platform features, data-sharing rules and support procedures have not yet been confirmed.

10. Privacy and trip information

Future transport operations may require handling passenger and trip data. Any access to such data must be limited to lawful service purposes, and the applicable privacy, retention and security arrangements will be defined before operational access is granted. The present website Privacy Policy applies to inquiries submitted through ridezee.com.

11. Safety incidents and service quality

Drivers should prioritize safety and contact local emergency services whenever immediate emergency assistance is required. Future incident-reporting, complaint review and quality procedures will be published for operating markets. No unverified in-app emergency, audio recording or driver support feature is promised here.

12. Suspension, termination and deletion

Future participation requirements, account access rules, suspension or termination grounds, appeals processes and deletion procedures will be set out in final market agreements and accompanying policies. RIDEZEE has no active driver accounts to delete at this stage.

13. Governing law and disputes

The governing law, competent dispute venue, mandatory local protections and related contractual rules remain subject to legal review for each intended market. These will be specified before any final driver agreement is offered.

14. Inquiries and updates

Prospective drivers may email info@ridezee.com to express interest in future opportunities. Sending an email does not create an account, guarantee recruitment or constitute acceptance into a platform. Final Driver Terms will be published before onboarding begins.
