Driver Guidelines

Future service guidance. RIDEZEE is preparing for its Caribbean launch. The information below describes intended standards for future services and may be updated as operations become available in each destination.

Introduction

These guidelines outline the professional conduct and service standards that RIDEZEE intends to promote among participating transportation providers. They are published for general prelaunch information and do not indicate that driver enrollment is open.

1. Professionalism and reliability

Drivers should communicate respectfully, keep agreed commitments, arrive at safe pickup points when practicable and notify passengers through the authorized channel if plans change. Drivers should accept only journeys they can reasonably complete lawfully and safely under the terms of the operating service.

2. Passenger safety

Safe driving is the priority. Drivers should follow traffic laws, avoid distraction, never operate while impaired, observe seating capacity, and use proper procedures for children and passengers needing assistance. Aggressive driving, threats, harassment and discriminatory conduct are unacceptable.

3. Vehicle condition

Vehicles should be clean, in sound mechanical condition and suitable for transporting passengers. Regular maintenance, functional seat belts, good visibility and safe storage of luggage contribute to a reliable experience. Detailed fleet standards will be announced for each market.

4. Pickup and drop-off

Respect designated airport, port, hotel and public-road pickup areas. Stop only where permitted and where passengers can enter and exit safely. Local access and queuing procedures may vary considerably across Caribbean destinations.

5. Communication and privacy

Use only authorized communication and booking arrangements once they are made available. Treat passenger contact details, trip information and personal circumstances as confidential. Do not misuse personal information or share it beyond what is necessary and permitted for the journey.

6. Fair treatment

Treat riders with courtesy, including visitors unfamiliar with local areas. Avoid harassment, intimidation, retaliation and unlawful discrimination. Report safety issues using the procedures established for the relevant market.

7. Pricing and payments

Rates, driver commissions, settlement arrangements, accepted payments and cancellation rules have not been announced for future RIDEZEE markets. All commercial details will be provided before local services and driver onboarding begin.

8. Eligibility and onboarding, Coming Soon

Driver eligibility, licensing, insurance, background-check processes, vehicle documentation and onboarding procedures are Coming Soon. Requirements will depend on the legal and operational conditions of each destination. This page does not authorize anyone to provide passenger transportation on behalf of RIDEZEE.

9. Expressing interest

Individuals interested in future RIDEZEE driver opportunities may contact info@ridezee.com. An inquiry is not a registration, job offer, platform agreement or assurance of future acceptance.

10. Updates

These preliminary guidelines may be refined before services commence. Specific operating standards, contractual terms and local requirements will be communicated for each launch market.
