Rider Guidelines

Future service guidance. RIDEZEE is preparing for its Caribbean launch. The information below describes intended standards for future services and may be updated as operations become available in each destination.

Introduction

These guidelines describe the standards expected of riders when RIDEZEE services become available. They are intended to support safe, respectful, predictable journeys. Booking features, fares, cancellation rules and other operating details will be confirmed separately for each destination before launch.

1. Requesting transportation

When service becomes available, riders should provide accurate pickup and destination details, choose a pickup location where stopping is permitted, and review any fare or trip information presented before confirming a request. Ride acceptance will depend on local availability and the applicable market rules. The presence of an island on the RIDEZEE website does not confirm that booking is open there.

2. Arriving at pickup

Be ready at the agreed location at the indicated time and follow any instructions for safe access. At airports, cruise terminals, hotels and controlled sites, use designated pickup areas and follow local rules. If a pickup detail changes, use the communication method offered by the operating service.

3. Verify the vehicle and driver

Before entering a vehicle, check the driver and vehicle details communicated through the applicable booking process, where available. If the identity or vehicle differs from what was provided, do not enter the vehicle. Report concerns using the market support details published when service launches.

4. Safe passenger conduct

Wear a seat belt, supervise children, follow relevant child-seat requirements and avoid distracting or threatening the driver. Remain within the lawful passenger capacity and respect vehicle cleanliness. Do not bring dangerous or illegal items aboard.

5. Respect and accessibility

Treat drivers and fellow passengers fairly and respectfully. Harassment, intimidation, violence and discriminatory conduct are unacceptable. Riders with accessibility needs should review the options and contact procedures that will be published for their particular destination.

6. Fares and payment

RIDEZEE has not announced pricing, payment methods, temporary authorization rules, fees, currencies or taxes for future markets. These details will be published before booking becomes available in each destination. Do not interpret sample website visuals as a live quote or payment offer.

7. Cancellation and delays

Market-specific cancellation, waiting-time, no-show and refund arrangements will be published before launch. Riders should review the terms shown for their destination and trip when booking becomes available.

8. Your information and account

RIDEZEE rider account creation is not yet available. When accounts launch, the applicable privacy notice and account management procedures will describe the data required and available controls. Do not submit passwords or payment-card details through the public website contact form.

9. Emergencies and support

For an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency services. Future nonemergency ride support channels will be published for each operating destination. For general prelaunch questions, email info@ridezee.com.

10. Updates

These guidelines may be revised as RIDEZEE prepares each market, including adjustments required by local law and operating arrangements. The final rules applicable to a ride will be provided when that service is launched.
